It is unfortunate that we are unable to organize a freaking gathering during this October 2008.
Due to the clash of the JCs' promos and the Polytechnic's holidays.

But fret not!
Because December is comin', and here to stay! (for only 31 days though)

So yes,
let me first list out the holidays of our dear Polytechnic students, then JC students who have it easy.

SP:
8 December to 28 December (3 weeks)
Jingkai, Justin, Chandni, Zhining, Denzel.

RP, NP:
15 December to 04 January (3 weeks)
Linda, Wenjun, Wayne, Haoguang, Wenxuan, Caiyi, Evon, Zhiyan, Jianyong, Jasmine.

TP, NYP:
15 December to 28 December (2 weeks)
Terence, Weiyang, Shaun, Divyan, Guanzhong, Jinkang, Angie, Hongquan, Abigail, Andy.

JCs:
15 November to 31st December (~7 weeks)
Huixian, Weiquan, Taikeng, Guanling, Marie, Weitong, Nisha, Sherlene, Amanda, Madeline, Jingyi, Ivan, Jingliang, Junming, Dave, Joyce.

Correct me if I am wrong.

So the only days our holidays 'clash' is from 15 to 21 December, & 22 to 28 December.
And we have come up with 3 sets of dates.

First week's Monday to Wednesday morning. (3D2N)
15 to 17 December.

First week's Friday to Sunday morning. (3D2N)
19 to 21 December.

Second week's Monday to Wednesday morning. (3D2N)
22 to 24 December.

The last option is by far the most attractive.
Since it's on weekdays, it'd be cheaper.
And we can celebrate early christmas on 23rd night.
And since we check out on 24 December's morning, everyone can go home after that to celebrate with their families.
And we won't touch 25 December at all! :D

Let's just settle the dates first quickly.
Who isn't free or isn't happy, please please please, notify this blog immediately at all costs!

The price of it all...I'm not sure yet.
The bloody website is on maintenance from 1am to 5am.
Ya, I know I'm so hardworking, doing this thing at 2.30am.

This time, we'll be sure to buy more drinks!
Bunch of water tanks...!

So let's just settle the dates first ASAP.
And please be co-operative alright?

I seriously do not know how are we going to collect the money.
Paying a huge amount by oneself first is really, really crazy.
And please don't fly aeroplane okay?
